Certified 2016 Jeep Renegade

Posted: Sun. Nov. 17 09:21:58 2019

I’ve had this vehicle for 3 years 2 months and 9 days and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with it. People complain about this and that, that it’s not a Jeep, that it’s unreliable... the only issue that I’ve ever had with it was last summer the air conditioning stopped blowing ice cold air (essential in the desert). Took it to the dealership to have them look at it, they couldn’t find the issue, flushed the AC system, refilled it and it’s been fine ever since. My lease is up and I’m picking up my 2019 this week. It’s fun to drive, it’s got a ton of leg room for driver and front seat passenger, not so much for the backseat, but if you have small friends, it’s fine, there’s a lot of headroom and the interior is very roomy, the outside is deceptively small, measuring at about 6’x13’, the inside seems like it’s a penthouse apartment. Test drive other vehicles before falling in love with my Renegade, test drive more and decided to stick with it.
I’m in western NY now and had a decent snow storm last night and it handled well (empty) in the icy roads. The remote start is a must!
